We proudly deliver anywhere in Australia using trusted carriers such as Australia Post and Couriers Please. Whether you’re in a bustling metro area or a regional community, your delivery is a priority.
Please note that we currently only ship within Australia — we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Standard Delivery Timeframes
Once your order is confirmed, our team works quickly to process, pack, and dispatch your items.
Estimated delivery times:
- Metro areas: 5–7 business days
- Rural & regional areas (including WA, Far North QLD, NT): Please allow an additional 2–3 business days
- International: TBA
We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible and will keep you informed every step of the way.
What Happens After You Order
- Order Confirmation
You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
- Dispatched with Priority
We carefully prepare your order for shipping and send you a shipping notification with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
- Not Home? No Problem.
If you're not home when your parcel arrives, Australia Post will leave a card with collection details. You can then collect your order from your local post office at a time that suits you.
Safe Drop & Delivery Authority (Australia Post)
If you’ve opted in to Australia Post’s Safe Drop service, your parcel may be delivered without a signature and left in a location deemed safe by Australia Post or as specified in your delivery request.
By using this service, you agree that:
- You are aware of the potential risks associated with unattended delivery
- Your parcel may be left without a signature at your nominated delivery address or at a location selected by Australia Post
- The parcel will be considered delivered once it is scanned and left at your address
Please note: Mothernest is not liable for any loss or damage once a parcel is deemed delivered under the Safe Drop service, except in cases of our own fraud or wilful misconduct.
Product Availability & Out-of-Stock Items
We aim to ensure that all items listed on our website are in stock and accurately priced. In the rare case where an item is out of stock or unavailable, our team will contact you within 2 business days to organise a full refund or alternative solution.
Changes to Your Order
Once your order is placed, it is final — our team moves fast to get your products to you as soon as possible. If you've changed your mind after receiving your order, we offer free returns in line with our Refund Policy (conditions apply).
